Pay attention to all the rooms. Whenever you take a picture of a bathroom, make sure that the toilet lid is closed and that there aren’t any used towels or personal objects spread around and that the room is clean. In the kitchen, check if there’s any trace of meals, if the kitchen worktops are clean and tidy and if the waste bin is closed.

Remove all personal objects. Clients want to view the whole property in raw. It is important that you give them the chance to customize it in their minds. If there are any magnets or family and friends photos on the fridge, remove them first. Overall the main idea is taking photos of an impersonal environment that, after closing the deal, can be dressed according to the client’s preferences.
