Compact digital cameras
This type of cameras is great for those who have little knowledge about photography. Nowadays, almost every model available in the market gives you the change to take photos with great quality. About the size of a Smartphone they can easily be carried and stored anywhere. Compact cameras stand out for their optical zoom that, when compared to most of these mobile phones, has better quality. However, if you want to make videos, compact cameras have some limitations in terms of capturing sound.
Semi professional and professional cameras (DSLRs)
DSLRs have been gaining popularity and they allow you to use different lens and different focus points. It is a versatile equipment, able to take pictures and make movies with great quality, with light and stability sensors which are perfect for those who seek pictures that go beyond what a simple compact camera can do.
With a smaller depth of field, these cameras can focus on specific points leaving the rest unfocused. This can be an interesting feature to highlight some details of the properties – elaborate door handles, for example.
However, and because of all it possibilities, DSLRs are cameras that need some photography knowledge and take some time for you to study them. Tripod
If your hands shake when you press the shutter, most of your pictures will get unfocused. To avoid blurred images we recommend you to use a tripod. Having clear photos and videos without repetitive and sudden movements will help you to disseminate your professionalism.
In case you are not interested in spending money on extra equipment, please remember that you can use other objects to give your camera stability (furniture, books and boxes are good choices).
