Are your email marketing campaigns not bringing you the results you’ve expected? Are you doing it in the right way?

When sending emails, the most important thing is the content. Sending lots of emails to hundreds or thousands of people doesn’t mean that you’ll have a wider audience, more clicks and more business opportunities. In order to get the results you expect, you need to do a constant analysis of your clients and of your needs. That way, you’ll be able to create strategies according to your real estate goals.

A good email marketing campaign should be pertinent. In order to be efficient and to bring you good results, it should previously be prepared – give people who are looking for a property the information they expect or, if possible, surprise them with something that really matters to them. Knowing your clients well is very important to have successful campaigns.

In order to avoid sending emails with uninteresting content, which might be confused with  spamit is important that you prepare them carefully:

Keep your contacts list always updated. People only care about the information they like. Sending emails to people who don’t care about the real estate market is simply not worth it;

Think about the addressees of each email and what would lead them to open your message. Inserting your entire portfolio in a single email is wrong because there’s too much information and you’re not going to highlight anything. Linking the content is a good strategy;

Type brief “subjects”. The first thing your clients read is the subject of the email, and they are going to determine the time and the attention they are going to spend on it according to the subject. Choose the most attractive property of the email and highlight it on the subject, for example;

Analyse the results of your campaign. Find out how many people have opened the email, how many have clicked to read more information about the property, how many enquires were created and how many people have unsubscribed the newsletter;

Keep in mind that email marketing, when properly used, is a powerful tool to create positive feedback and to get the attention of your target audience!
